Who is RVAi Solutions for?
RVAI Solutions is for local small businesses who want more 5-star Google reviews on auto-pilot. We work with home service businesses, gyms, restaurants, hair salons, golf courses, car washes, and even franchises. Basically, if you are a business wanting more reviews without the hassle RVAi Solutions is for you.
Do you integrate with my CRM? How do I know?
We integrate with most major CRMs, booking tools, and invoicing platforms. Including Jobber, Quickbooks Online, Housecall Pro, Workiz, Sweep & Go, Square, Zapier, and thousands more. If you’re not sure, contact us and we will check to see if we can integrate with your CRM.
How long does it take to set up?
Most businesses are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Just connect your Google My Business Profile, connect your CRM, and your social media accounts and you're good to go!
How long does it take to start getting reviews?
Once we are integrated, we start sending review requests immediately. Businesses can start to receive their first reviews less than 48 hours after launching their review reactivation.
When do you bill?
We bill monthly typically on the same day you signed up for your RVAi Solutions account.
Is there a contract?
No! While we believe you will love the results you will get with us, we understand things happen. You can cancel at any time.
How do the pricing tiers differ?
We currently offer 2 Plans. The first plan is $97 per month and is designed for the small business that has less than 100 jobs per month ongoing. The next plan is for larger business that are looking for more support. We will have AI respond to all of your 4 and 5 star reviews to take the workload off you and your team. This plan also offers a reactivation campaign where we will take your list of previous customers and send them review links to get some easy and quick reviews. We send about 20 requests a day until we get through your entire list so this could take several months if you have a large list.
Is anything not included in the prices listed?
The only charges not included are the phone carrier fees for SMS messages. Text message fees are minor but average $.007 per segment. AI reply fees average $.01 per reply.
Do you offer franchise/multi-location pricing?
We offer bundle pricing for multi-location or franchise businesses. Contact us for franchise pricing plans.
Can you keep bad reviews from Google?
No, we can’t block or filter reviews. That’s against Google’s policy. But we can help you proactively ask the right customers at the right time to maximize your chances of great reviews. We created RVAi Solutions because we know that 99.9% of customers are happy, but the 0.01% are the ones that leave a review whether they are asked or not. We exist to make it easy to get reviews from all your happy customers!
We have seen too many businesses lose their Google Business Profile forever for violating Googles policies. They end up missing out on tens of thousands in revenue and we've seen it destroy businesses. So frankly there are other tools out their that do it, but it is risky.
Also consumers can ALWAYS go directly to Google and leave a negative review so you're never fully safe.
A couple of negative reviews won't ruin your business, if you constantly have a steady stream of positive reviews coming in!
How often do you ask my customers to leave a review?
We recommend 1 initial review request via text post service then 1-2 gentle reminders via email. This can be changed at any time. We only request reviews during a review reactivation or after they complete a service.
How does this work with recurring services?
We will work with you on how often you want a repeat customer to receive a review request message. We can build in a waiting period for those that have not left a review before but have completed a service multiple times. The goal is to gently nudge them to leave a review but not to annoy them.
What if someone has already left a review?
If you get a new review while working with us we will know what customer has left that review. However, we will not know what customers have left you a review before working with us. We can manually remove people who may have already left a review, but Google loves updated reviews right now. Review recency is one of the key ranking factors for Google so getting old customers to update their reviews can be incredibly valuable. Once a customer has already left a review we will no longer message them.
Do you have review widgets? What is a review widget?
Yes! A review widget is a small snippet of code you can add to your website that allows us to post your amazing reviews right onto your website. It builds trust and turns more website visitors to customers.
What is social media review posting?
This tool helps you share awesome posts on Facebook and Instagram without extra work! You can make fun, professional-looking templates using your own photos and logos. When you get a 5-star review, we can turn it into a post and share it for you automatically. You can decide when you want your posts to go out and decide if you want to approve each one or let them post on their own.
How many reviews should I expect?
Most users see anywhere from 10%-15% of their previous customer base leave a review during the review reactivation. If you have 1,000 previous customers in your CRM we will be able to get you about 100-150 reviews in the first 4-6 weeks of working with us. We expect to get over 20-30% of your new customers to leave a review after service. However, many of our users see over 50% of their new customers leaving a review.
How does review reactivation work?
We take your past customer list and drip out review requests over time. This makes it look natural to Google and helps you turn old customers into fresh 5-star reviews without lifting a finger. If you have 1,000 previous customers you will just upload them to RVAi Solutions and we will be able to generate 100-150 new real reviews from your customers.
What about reviews on Yelp, Facebook, and other platforms?
Right now, we focus on Google reviews, since they have the biggest impact on local rankings and generating new customers. Facebook, Yelp, and other review platforms are in development.
Do you have a free trial?
Yes we have a free 14 day trial! We want you to test our product for yourself and see all the features we have.
How do I access the software?
You can access our software from browser and you can also download our app from the app store.
